Welcome to Miss Bliss Bath & Body. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

Miss Bliss Bath & Body (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides handmade skincare and body care products for personal use. By placing an order through our online store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.

 

2. Products & Use

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur — this is part of the handmade charm. Our products are intended for external use only. Please read ingredients carefully to avoid allergens, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Whenever possible, we incorporate raw plant materials (such as botanicals, herbs, or petals) into our formulas. As a result, you may occasionally find small bits of natural matter in our products — this is completely normal and part of the natural beauty of handcrafted skincare.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Orders are processed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across North America and process orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays once packages are in the carrier’s possession.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Please review our full Refund Policy for details. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

6. Liability

Our products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients and tested for safety. However, we are not liable for individual reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and using products as directed.
