Purchase Options
- Orders can be placed directly through our online store using Shopify Payments (credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac) and Etransfer.
- Subscription and wholesale purchases are subject to the terms outlined in their respective programs.
- Discount codes and promotions must be applied at checkout — they cannot be added after an order has been placed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at [your email address].
- After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Pre-orders and custom orders are final sale once production begins.
Out of Stock & Substitutions
- If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund for that item.
