Refund policy
At Miss Bliss Bath & Body, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted skincare and body care products. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This policy helps us ensure the safety and integrity of every product we ship.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Michelle@missblissbath.ca. We will gladly replace or refund your item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used skincare/personal care products
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
