  • During busy seasons, markets, or new launches, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated if delays occur.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
  • If you are outside these regions and wish to order, please contact us directly to discuss available options.


Delivery Times

  • Canadian orders: typically arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • U.S. orders: typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs and carrier timelines.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow your package’s journey.


Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at Michelle@missblissbath.ca and we’ll make it right.
