- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

- We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
- If you are outside these regions and wish to order, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
Delivery Times
- Canadian orders: typically arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- U.S. orders: typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs and carrier timelines.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow your package’s journey.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at Michelle@missblissbath.ca and we’ll make it right.
